I believe the biggest problem in Bridgeport is ineffective government polices, a lack of accountability and transparency to it's constituency. The same status quo politics.
Question 2: How do you plan to keep your constituents informed about your actions as a City Council member?

Once elected,  I will work to
Invest in our public schools to give our students the opportunities they need and deserve.
Establish community-centered policing, keeping our streets safe and our police accountable to the people they serve
Rebuild Pleasure Beach Bridge, revitalizing the East End community with living wage jobs and restoring a historical landmark
Develop programs that foster small business growth by converting vacant and blighted lots, and fighting for a living wage ordinance
Renovate the Newfield Branch Library

I  plan on keeping my constituency informed by  building partnerships through at least 2 annual community events, create a social media  district page and make  personal contacts through churches, businesses and community organizations.  (My first goal is to make sure my DISTRICT knows my NAME and HOW to contact me)
