Too much violence in the city. Specifically, the shootings related to Gangs.  Addressing this issue  through better informing the community by the way of: Community meetings, Police lead meeting with input from the community, Q & A sessions. (Just this afternoon around 1:59 P.M.  there was a shooting in front of my house, no one was injured).
